I then purchased the watch, and moments later received my email confirming my App purchase and offering the «free» watch. I need to cancel my $60 fit watch purchase. I have made several attempts to cancel Betterme (Nutrition) subscription payment with no RESPONSE. I get a generic response with a ticket number and asking that I add my comments/issues in the above space to reply back, which I have done on several occasions. I get absolutely no response. They have been charging me $42.84 every month since April 2022 and they just took another payment out May 22nd, 2023. I have contacted my credit card company to put a stop payment and they have done so. How the «H» do I get $556.92 this money back. I have cancelled all subscriptions and did get a response back stating my subscription is cancelled. But, when I ask to stop taking money out of my account and asked for a refund, no a word, not a whisper. I have documentation of all my e-mails and Betterme account showing canceled. But, when I ask them to show me in my Betterme account the date I cancelled it doesn’t show the date only says cancelled and they won’t answer that question either. I do have an e-mail from myself and them back in March 2022 that my subscription is cancelled. But they still took out $42.84 monthly! Very frustrated with this company.

Well its a con job no doubt about that all I wanted was an exercise plan and BINGO I lost the plot. food and bull dust and monthly payments. as soon as I started to read the fine print I got onto Paypal to stop automatic deductions and now — I Hope — my bank will stop the payment all together. We live in shocking times when so many predators are taking advantage of the vulnerable in society.

Impossible to cancel. I am still being charged each month even though my subscription has expired. Since it is expired, I do not have access to the app or any part of the site. No response to email requests, no “unsubscribe” option, no phone number to call. It’s robbery. I will be putting the charges in dispute with my AmEx card.

There is no BetterMe listed in PlayStore. This apk is fraudulent. Even the bank charges do not begin with GOOGLE#, meaning that you found the way to trick the end users, that we cannot even report you to Google. The last solution is to block my card in order to finish with you — thieves.

I emailed the Better me company dec 26,2020 to ensure I wouldn’t get an auto renewal after one month. They ensured me no further charges would be made. Interestingly I WAS CHARGED Jan 25,2021. They are not a good company
