Efi network 0 for ipv6 boot failed lenovo что

I recently purchased a Lenovo Legion 5 off of Amazon. As I began moving files from my old laptop to this one, I had to restart at some point. This triggered an update screen and at about the 30% mark, I get an error, stating "efi pxe 0 for ipv6 boot failed". While I managed to get into the BIOS setup and get the laptop to boot up fully (basically following this guide here), I am a bit concerned to see something like this happening with a laptop that is 'brand new' (according to Amazon).

My question really is, should I be concerned? Is this evidence that the laptop is not in new or good shape?

What does EFI Network 0 for IPv6 and checking media [fail] mean?

When I turn the PC on the brand logo appears immediately with the black screen. The first recovery disc is in the rom and the sound of it spinning. Then a message EFI Network 0 for IPv6 (some numbers) boot failed.
Checking media [fail]. There is also a blue box; "Default Boot Device Missing or Boot Failed.
Insert recovery media and hit any key
Then select Boot Manager to choose a new Boot Device or to Boot Recovery Media.
When I do this(disc already in from the last attempt), the only options are:
EFI Network 0 for IPv6 (B8-88-E3-84-43-CB), and EFI Network 0 for IPv4 (B8-88-E3-84-43-CB)

After choosing either one, I get the message in the top left corner of a black screen: No bootable device—Please restart system
Any key I hit causes the message to repeat by the line, just like DOS. So I restarted the system in every way I knew of, only to get the same scenario over and over again. I don’t know what to do about it, and I’m so unnerved about it. Someone please advise. I’ll answer any questions I know the answer to, and try anything to save it. Please Pleaseplease. Thank you for any consideration you give toward my dilemma. I am not a tech. Lissienne

EFI Network error boot failed

On my Lenovo laptop with Windows 10 I suddenly started to get this error on boot that says:

To solve it, I loaded the Bios and I saw that my hard drive was recognized. In the Boot tab I changed the Boot Mode to Legacy Support and then the Boot Priority to Legacy First.

Then saved and quit.

My laptop then went into looping the Lenovo logo followed by a message stating that:

How can I fix this? I don’t understand why it suddenly started to happen.

Although your disk is recognized in the BIOS, it seems like it’s not recognized as a boot device. Therefore the BIOS tries to boot from the network, which of course fails.

It seems like your disk has experienced a catastrophic error. In any case, there was no reason to change from EFI mode to Legacy, since your existing installation was probably installed in EFI.

If you have a Windows 10 boot media, use it to try and do Startup Repair.

If Startup Repair is impossible because it cannot detect a Windows installation on the disk, you should first try to save any data on the disk for which you have no backup. If you have a Linux Live boot media, this can be used for this.

The best next step in this worse case is to replace the hard disk. If you would rather try to salvage it, use the Windows boot media to reformat the disk. Use slow format, meaning not a fast format, which will take some time on a large disk, but may detect and mark the bad sectors. Install then Windows again, then check the disk health via its SMART data (one such utility is Speccy) to see if didn’t have too many errors to use safely.
